Empowering Learning Through Instructional Design

Dionne Walters is an intuitive instructional designer dedicated to enhancing learning experiences through a deep understanding of people and their motivations. Studying at both City University, Goldsmiths University and ICS Learn she has achieved qualifications in Sociology, Criminology, Education and Organisational Learning and Development. Her studies have helped her develop an intricate understanding of people, behaviour, motives and the way that we learn. Further development has helped to hone her instructional design skills to enhance the way that we learn. As a young child, Walters always showed a strong interest in supporting others. And her work as a teacher fuelled the passion for supporting the development of others. Organisational Learning and Development and then Instructional Design was a natural sedgeway when Walters realised how powerful learning could become when it was engaging for adults and how design could influence change and development.
